Trade Winds Pilates Studio is quaint, breezy outdoor space designed for 1-4 participants at a time with a Reformer and small apparatus.

Private or small group sessions are designed to be tailored to the needs, goals and abilities of the individual. With personalised guidance and feedback, clients can deepen their understanding of Pilates techniques and progress at their own pace, experiencing the benefits of enhanced body awareness, stability, and overall well-being.

Contrology (as Pilates was previously named) was designed by Joseph Pilates to restore posture, strengthen the body and restore vitality by moving mindfully and with control. The practice of Pilates has come a long way and is quite different from the original exercises created by the man himself.
