A Dancers livelihood relies on peak physical condition and an understanding of the human body;.

As a ex-professional Dancer, I’m well aware of the stresses placed on the body and the rigours of training as a young dancer/athlete. Having had the knowledge back then that I do now, I’m almost certain I would have been able to sustained a much longer career with less injuries and muscularskeletal issues.

A conditioning session with me will include working on muscle imbalances, alignment and overall strength and conditioning as well as a specific focus on areas that need attention such as adage strength, flexibility and mobility, elevation etc. My goal is to educate young dancers on how to treat their bodies with care and love, whilst giving them the tools to be able to gain the physical and mental strength needed to thrive as a performer.
