Understanding that the two go hand-in-hand, I am bringing my knowledge and ability to provide movement sessions, be it Yoga, Restorative Yoga (Yin), Pilates or Fitness to businesses and events around the Sunshine Coast.

Yoga/Pilates classes can provide numerous benefits that address the physical and mental challenges of a modern office environment. These can include stress reduction, team building, increased productivity and enhanced physical and mental health.

Additionally, I would love to be considered as a business of choice for events clients or team building programs you may be involved in.

Sessions with me can be physical, in person sessions at a physical location of your choice, or via zoom/other online platform. These sessions can be a one-off, or on a regular basis depending on your/your clients needs.
